In preparation for this guide the team at Destination Golf has been working hard for 3-years to get to this point, so it is my pleasure to present the first edition of Destination Golf Asia, featuring 49 memorable golf courses across 10 Asian countries, which you can play in 2019.
Asian golf has been booming across the last 10-years, with new courses popping up near main cities or tourism hubs. Its tropical courses are often ranked as some of the finest in the World. Iconic names in golf like Nicklaus, Player, Norman, Els, Singh, Faldo have put their name to course designs, adding to their calibre, while in some cases, leading golf management companies are driving customer service expectations to a whole new level.
As for choice, pick a parkland or links setting where you can play along the costal edge of powerful seas, up high on cliff peaks or across rolling mountain tops, among million year old rainforests, coconut palm plantations, rice paddy fields, or next to World Heritage sites.
